In the original RuneScape Classic, what we now call the purple partyhat was actually called the pink party hat, and it genuinely looked more magenta than purple. When RuneScape 2 launched, Jagex nudged the colour slightly and renamed it, and the pink version just quietly stopped existing.

Not content with one cameo, Charles Martinet also voices Mario and Luigi's dad in the film. It's a much more disguised performance than his Giuseppe cameo, so most people miss it completely on their first watch.
The actual voice of video game Mario, Charles Martinet, shows up in the movie itself. He plays a character called Giuseppe who's hunched over an arcade cabinet playing a game called 'Jump Man', which is a cheeky nod to Mario's original name from the 1981 Donkey Kong arcade game.
Keep an eye on Tony's monitor when he's cycling through AI options before settling on FRIDAY. One of the cards flashing past is labelled JOCASTA, a nod to the comics where Jocasta is a robot built by Ultron who eventually joins the Avengers herself.
The poster Tony's eyeing for his workshop wall looks a whole lot like the famous 'Hope' image from the 2008 Obama campaign, which was originally created by artist Shepard Fairey.
