Hunting down every one of the game's 100 hidden packages scattered across the map isn't just a completionist badge of honour, it actually unlocks a Rhino tank at Tommy's properties once you've found the lot. Considering how tucked away some of these packages are, that reward feels well and truly earned by the time you get there.

During the party game where everyone takes turns trying to lift Mjolnir, Steve Rogers is the only one who manages to budge it slightly before letting go, a small but deliberate nod toward the comic storylines where Captain America has actually proven worthy enough to wield the hammer himself.
Early in Chapter 4, you can find Nate and Elena's home console set up with a fully playable, emulated version of the original PS1 Crash Bandicoot. You can actually take control of Crash yourself, and it's mapped to the D-pad rather than a thumbstick, matching how the game was originally controlled back in 1996.
Earning reputation with the Bloodsail Buccaneers means grinding down your standing with every neutral goblin settlement in the game, since the fastest route is simply killing Booty Bay's guards over and over. Get in deep enough and you'll be attacked on sight in Booty Bay, Ratchet, and Gadgetzan, locked out of their auction houses and flight paths, all just to earn a pirate hat and matching parrot pet.
