Despite all the choices scattered through the campaign, Black Ops Cold War really only has one moment that matters for its ending: whether you tell Adler the truth about Perseus hiding at the Solovetsky Monastery, or lie and send the team to Duga instead. Telling the truth leads to the canonical good ending, while lying opens up two darker variations depending on what you do afterward.
