Every one of the Inferno's circles gets mapped onto a chunk of New Mombasa in Sadie's Story: Gluttony belongs to a hulking butcher named Jonas handing out food while the city falls apart around him, and Avarice is the casino district being looted blind. It's a small detail, but once you notice the Dante structure the whole audio log trail reads completely differently.
Omnimovement lets players sprint, slide, and dive in literally any direction instead of just forward, and it runs across campaign, multiplayer, and zombies alike. Treyarch confirmed there's no toggle for it either, since the studio considers it a core part of how the whole game is built rather than an optional feature players can turn down.

Cillian Murphy had the props team count how many herbal, rose-scented smokes he got through in a single season, and the tally landed around 3,000. He doesn't actually smoke in real life; they're just mint and lemongrass rolled up to look the part.
TzTok-Jad, the final boss of the Fight Caves, only telegraphs which attack it's about to use through its animation — there's no health bar warning or obvious tell beyond that. You've got to watch closely and switch your protection prayer in real time, and getting it wrong even once against Jad can be enough to end your entire run.
