That glimpse of Jane Foster you catch isn't new footage at all. It's an outtake recycled straight from Thor: The Dark World - Portman never stepped on set for Endgame, so her actual return had to wait for a later Thor film.
Jack Davenport, who played Commodore Norrington, has admitted he was never a fan of pirate movies growing up and didn't rate the recent ones much either. It was reportedly Verbinski's pitch that this could be the first genuinely good pirate film in fifty years that finally won him over.
When Dragonwilds hit consoles, it didn't make players pay full price to try it out. It arrived as a Day 1 title on Xbox Game Pass (Premium and Ultimate tiers) and on PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium.

It never made the final cut, so most of that backstory stayed a mystery.
Rockstar has officially named six distinct areas that make up the state of Leonida: Vice City itself, the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia, and Mount Kalaga National Park.
