Tsunagu Hakamada's hero name Best Jeanist is a pun lifted from a real denim enthusiast award, which lines up nicely with a Quirk that lets him manipulate fibers. Even his surname contains the kanji for hakama, a piece of traditional Japanese clothing.

It only became something positive after Uraraka pointed out it sounds a lot like 'dekiru,' meaning 'can do it,' and Midoriya decided to keep it as his hero name on his own terms.
