Raul Tejada, the ghoul companion and gifted mechanic you can rescue from Black Mountain, is voiced by Danny Trejo. It's a fun bit of casting when you consider Trejo had already built a career playing tough, world-weary characters, and Raul, an old gunslinger who's outlived pretty much everyone he ever cared about, fits that mould nicely.

Before Maya Hawke made Robin Buckley iconic, Bridgerton's Nicola Coughlan actually auditioned for the part and came close to landing it. She's since said publicly that Hawke absolutely nailed it in a way she doesn't think she could have, which is a pretty gracious thing to admit about a role you nearly got.
A Rabbit Named After a Real Pet
Name a rabbit 'Toast' and it swaps to a unique brown and white skin that has nothing to do with breakfast. It's actually a quiet memorial to a real rabbit that went missing from its owner, a Minecraft forum user, back when the mob was being added, and Mojang decided to bake the tribute permanently into the game.
The Joker Writer Snuck in a Lost Tribute
Mark Hamill is apparently a massive Lost fan, and lead writer Paul Dini actually wrote for the show, so a few nods snuck their way into the script. Near the end of the game there's a short speech from 'Joker' (really Clayface wearing his face) that echoes the tone of Lost's series finale pretty closely if you know what you're listening for.
