The witcher Geralt of Rivia reunites the sorceress Yennefer of Vengerberg, his former lover, and sets out to find his adoptive daughter and former apprentice Ciri, who he learns is being pursued by the Wild Hunt. They must find a way to defeat the Wild Hunt and stop the arrival of the White Frost, an unending snowfall that will bring about the end of the world.
