Sombra's 'Deaf-Mute' spray nods to the Laughing Man from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex — and that character's own catchphrase is itself lifted from The Catcher in the Rye. It's a reference wrapped inside another reference, which feels very on-brand for a hacker character.
One of Sojourn's sprays, 'Old Soldiers,' is a shot-for-shot recreation of that famous arm-wrestling handshake between Dutch and Dillon in Predator. If you've seen the movie, it's instantly recognizable — if you haven't, it just looks like a really intense high-five.
Genji has a voice line, 'You seem nice, I hate to kill you,' that's a pretty direct lift from Inigo Montoya's duel with the Dread Pirate Roberts in The Princess Bride. It fits Genji's whole honorable-swordsman thing a bit too perfectly to be a coincidence.
He's a fully playable melee assassin in Heroes of the Storm, built around a trait literally called Fresh Meat. Over in Overwatch, Roadhog has a Butcher skin, and one of its unique voice lines is, of course, 'Fresh meat!'
