Visit the Sistine Chapel in-game and Michelangelo's famous ceiling fresco is nowhere to be seen, not a graphical shortcut, but historical accuracy, since the game is set in 1499, several years before Michelangelo began that work.
There's a reason Lucy Stillman doesn't make it out of Brotherhood alive. Former creative director Patrice Désilets has said Kristen Bell tried to renegotiate her contract for future games, and when a deal couldn't be reached, the writers simply killed her character off instead.

The Ezio Collection bundled remastered versions of Assassin's Creed II, Brotherhood, and Revelations together for PS4 and Xbox One back in 2016, complete with sharper graphics and every piece of single-player DLC. The multiplayer modes didn't make the cut, though.
